Sonam Pickles is ghar-ka-achar you can actually buy — the homemade taste, made properly and made safe. We start with whole garlic (45% of the jar), cold-pressed mustard oil, and hand-ground spices, then let each small batch age until the garlic mellows and the spices bloom.

No industrial base oils, no long list of mystery additives — just real ingredients, packed by hand in Village Shim, Kullu, and shipped across India. Exotic, organic, homemade, and FSSAI-licensed.
